What are the requirements to rent a space?

• State or government-issued identification with a photo (i.e. Driver's License or Identification Card, Passport, Military ID, etc.),
• Your first month's rent 
• One-time $15 Administration Fee. 

Do I have to sign a long-term lease?

• No. 

Is a Security Deposit required?

• No. 

How can I ensure my property will be secure?

• Purchase a good lock for your unit
• We have 24 hour surveillance
• Electronic gate access from 7am - 7pm
• Personal key pad access code
• Well lighted at night

How much notice is required when I decide to vacate?

• A two-day verbal notice
• Simply call or stop by the office

 

When is my rent due, and what forms of payment do you accept?

• Rent is due on or before the 1st of every month
• We accept personal checks, money orders, cash and all major credit cards.

Is there a discount if I pay for several months in advance?

• Yes
• If you pay 6 months you get a 5% discount
• If you pay 12 months you get a 10% discount

When can I have access to my storage space?

• Our facility is open 365 days a year. 
• Our gates are open daily from 7:00am to 7:00pm
