What are the requirements to rent a space?

We require a state or government-issued identification with a photo (i.e. Driver's License or Identification Card, Passport, Military ID, etc.), your first month's rent, and a one-time $15 Administration Fee. 

Do I have to sign a long-term lease?

No.  Our rental agreement is month-to-month with only a one month minimum.  A two-day notice is all that's required when you are ready to vacate your unit.

Is a Security Deposit required?

No.  We only charge a one-time $15 Administrative Fee in addition to your first month's rent.

How can I ensure my property will be secure?

A good lock is your first and best deterrent against theft.  We discourage the use of combination and Master brand locks because they provide the least security.  When placing your belingings into your unit, use unmarked boxes for your computer and other electronics and move large, heavy items into storage last.  We suggest you purchase insurance to protect the contents of your space (information is available at our office) or contact your insurance agent to confirm that your homeowner's policy will protect you in the event of any loss while in storage.

How much notice is required when I decide to vacate?

A two-day notice is all that is required when you decide to vacate your unit, and a written notice is not necessary.  Simply call us.

When is my rent due, and what forms of payment do you accept?

Your rent is due on or before the First (1st) of each month regardless of the date you moved-in.  Because you pay a full month's rent when you move in, we will pro-rate your second month's rent.  In addition to personal checks, we accept all of the major credit cards and debit cards (bearing the MasterCard or Visa logos).

Is there a discount if I pay for several months in advance?

Yes.  When you pre-pay for either 6 or 12 months, we will give you 5 % OFF.

When can I have access to my storage space?

Our facility is open 365 a year.  Our gates open daily at 7:00 a.m. and closes at 7.00 p.m. .
